Our specially designed digital radio system, Profoto Air Remote

is built into all Pro-8 generators and new ComPacts. Complete

ﬂash control at your camera or in your hand, including ﬂash

energy control and modeling light control. Control an unlimited

number of generators and heads clustered in up to six groups on

eight channels.

Profoto Air Sync

Syncs ﬂash generators or groups of generators with the same

high performance as Profoto Air Remote. The Profoto Air Sync

provides a simple solution when you do not need to control the

power of your ﬂash and only need to trigger the ﬂash, with your

camera.

Profoto Air USB

This USB 2.0 transceiver connects your Pro-8 ﬂash generators

and new ComPacts to the Profoto Studio Air software for

both PC and Mac that gives you full control of your studio ﬂash

system remotely from your keyboard.

Besides traditional sync cables, Profoto generators can be synchronized by IR and radio signals.

The PocketWizard

system is a widely used, very reliable radio sync system that is implemented in

the Profoto R generators and available separately.

The new Profoto Air system takes radio sync technology one step further, operating on the 2.4 GHz

band – making it compatible with equipment worldwide.

Together with the Profoto Studio software and the Profoto Air USB, you can control all settings

of the Pro-8a and new D1 wireless with your PC or Mac.
